Mark and Janet are able to offer experience beyond the 22 years they have been in the business, something which customers notice and appreciate. Mark grew up with a father who had a passion for cars and motorbikes and spent, along with his brothers, all their spare time tinkering with engines. He then began a career as a commercial fitter and knows well the demands of the trade.

Janet also grew up in a family very much linked to the motor trade. With a father and grandfather who owned garages and who were well respected motor engineers and a mother who dealt with the administration and accounts side of the business, it was only natural that she continue in the family tradition.

Providing a ‘NO PRESSURE’ service has been one of the key aspects of Barton Car Sales. They realize that the sales person is there to offer advice on the options available to their customers, rather than persuade them to buy something that would not be suitable for their lifestyle or needs just to increase revenue. All vehicles go through the workshop and are given a thorough inspection and any work needed is carried out to ensure they are up to Barton Car Sales high standards. All vehicles come with a new MOT if required and a 3 month/ 3,000 miles warranty backed by Mark and Janet which can be extended to a 6 or 12 months.
